What we offer

Tower Pilates is performed with a vertical tower frame featuring spring loaded attachments. These attachments (both bars and straps) provide resistance and support to help strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and promote correct alignment during exercises.

Mat Pilates uses bodyweight resistance and focuses on enhancing body alignment, strengthening the core and improving both mobility and flexibility. Mat Pilates may also include the use of small equipment such as dumbbells, Pilates ball, resistance band or Pilates ring.

Reformer pilates is performed on a reformer machine consisting of a moving carriage, springs, straps and foot bar. Exercises on the reformer enhances body control and balance, improves muscular strength and endurance as well as flexibility.
