  • All classes! Pilates is adaptable to all fitness levels and beginners are always welcome. Our lovely instructors will guide you safely through the equipment and exercises.

  • Classes will last approximately 45 to 50 minutes.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are essential for safety and hygiene. Grips socks can be purchased in the app or at the studio.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class starts, especially if it is your first visit.
